01 About these Terms
These Terms apply to the DiceRemp website and requests to buy, sell or swap cryptocurrency through the routes offered on it. By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms applicable to that order. An order is accepted only when DiceRemp expressly confirms acceptance and the applicable quote.
Operator details to be completed before launch: legal name, registered address, business registration number, country of establishment and, where applicable, regulatory authorisation details. “DiceRemp” is the brand name used on this website; this page does not represent a statement of licensing or regulatory approval.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to enter an agreement and be permitted to use the requested service in your country. Use only wallets, accounts and payment instruments that you own or are authorised to use. Availability depends on your location, the chosen asset, the payment provider and applicable requirements. A displayed logo does not mean a method is available to every customer.
03 Orders, quotes and pricing
Before sending funds or disclosing a redeemable gift card code, agree the asset, network, amount, exchange rate, fees and expected payout with DiceRemp support. A public market-price estimate is indicative, may change and is not an accepted exchange quote. DiceRemp charges 4% for Buy and 2% for Sell and Swap, deducted from the gross exchange value. USD fee displays round to the nearest cent. Network and payment provider charges are separate and must be disclosed before you accept the quote.
Check all order information before confirmation. If a quote expires or a material detail changes, a revised quote requires your agreement. A locally generated order reference, an on-screen status or the availability of a button does not prove that funds have been received, an order has been accepted or a payout has been completed.
04 Cryptocurrency transfers
Send only the exact asset on the exact network shown for your order. Network names are not interchangeable: for example, a BNB Smart Chain token must not be sent over Ethereum or TRON. Verify the complete receiving address and any required memo or destination tag using the order details and your wallet.
You authorise each transfer in your own wallet. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible after broadcast. An incorrect address, unsupported network, missing tag or insufficient amount may cause delay or permanent loss. Recovery cannot be promised. Contact support promptly if you notice an error. DiceRemp remains responsible for its own errors to the extent required by law.
Network congestion, transaction fees and confirmation requirements can affect timing. Keep your payment receipt and quote your DiceRemp order ID when contacting support.
05 Gift cards and payout details
Submit only lawfully obtained, unused gift cards that you are entitled to redeem and that meet the agreed provider, region, currency and value requirements. Keep the purchase receipt. A code that passes the form’s length check has not thereby been verified, valued or redeemed.
For payouts, confirm the destination email, username, account tag, phone number and any gift card region or currency before proceeding. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s redemption rules. Google Play gift cards are distinct from Google Pay payments. Methods marked unavailable cannot be selected. DiceRemp must not substitute a payout method or reduce an agreed payout without explaining the change and obtaining your agreement, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
06 Order review and verification
Orders may require manual review, proof of payment, ownership information or other verification required by applicable law or the relevant provider. Support may request information reasonably needed for that review. Approval, timing and completion are not guaranteed merely because the website displays a processing state.
Where an order cannot proceed, support should explain the available next steps, subject to legal restrictions on disclosure. Requests may be paused or declined for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, technical problems or legal requirements. A rejected request does not give DiceRemp an unrestricted right to retain customer funds.
07 Cancellations and refunds
Contact support as soon as you need to cancel or correct an order. Whether cancellation is possible depends on whether a transfer has been broadcast, a card has been redeemed, a payout has been sent and the legal rights applicable to the order. Do not assume that closing this website cancels an order or reverses a payment.
Any permitted refund must be handled through a verified, appropriate destination. Explain and agree any lawful, unavoidable network or third-party charges before deducting them. These Terms do not exclude mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule.
08 Acceptable use
Do not use DiceRemp for fraud, stolen funds or codes, money laundering, sanctions evasion, impersonation or other unlawful activity. Do not attack the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, submit misleading payment evidence or exploit an error. Report suspected errors or security issues privately through an official support channel.
09 Privacy and account security
Never provide a wallet seed phrase, private key, account password or one-time sign-in code to DiceRemp support. Treat redeemable gift card codes and payment receipts as confidential. Share only the information reasonably necessary to process or investigate your order, and verify the contact address before sending.
Order fields remain in the open page’s memory. Opening support does not automatically send your order fields or payment codes. Messages you choose to send in the on-site chat are processed through Crisp. Crisp, Discord and payment providers process information under their own policies. Closing or reloading the page may remove unsent form information. Before launch, the operator must publish a Privacy Notice identifying the controller, purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and how individuals can exercise their rights.
10 Third parties and website content
Wallets, blockchain networks, gift card issuers and payment services operate independently. Their own terms, fees and availability apply. Their names and logos identify the relevant services and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement of DiceRemp.
DiceRemp’s branding and original website content may not be used to impersonate the service. Third-party intellectual property remains with its respective owners. Review examples labelled as samples illustrate the layout and are not verified customer testimonials.
11 Responsibility and your rights
Cryptocurrency values can change substantially. The website does not provide personalised investment, tax or legal advice and does not promise a return, uninterrupted service or risk-free transactions. Consider whether the requested exchange is appropriate for you.
Each party is responsible for its own actions as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or deliberate misconduct, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. No staff decision overrides those rights.
12 Questions, complaints and disputes
Contact support with your order ID, a description of the problem and relevant payment evidence. Do not post confidential information publicly. You may request an explanation of a decision and seek the remedies available under applicable law.
The governing law, competent dispute-resolution bodies and any required regulatory complaint route must be specified after the operator’s country and legal identity have been confirmed. Nothing here requires you to give up access to a court, regulator or consumer body that applicable law makes available to you.
13 Changes and contact
Updates will be identified by a revised version and date. Material changes should be communicated before they apply. The terms and accepted quote for an existing order remain applicable unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.

Which cryptocurrencies can I exchange?+
BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDT, USDC, BNB, XRP, DOGE and TRX. Always check the displayed network. USDT and USDC deposits in Sell and Swap use BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20).
What are the fees?+
DiceRemp charges 4% for Buy and 2% for Sell and Swap. The fee is deducted from the exchange value and shown before payment. Network and payment provider charges, where applicable, are separate. Agree the final quote with support before sending.
How does buying crypto work?+
Choose your amount and crypto, select Eneba or Difmark, and enter your receiving address. Confirm your quote with support, then follow the gift card payment instructions.
How do I sell cryptocurrency?+
Choose the asset, amount and payout method. Enter the required details, agree your payout with support, then send using the displayed deposit address and network.
How does Swap work?+
Choose the crypto and amount you want to send, then the asset and wallet you want to receive into. Review the quote and 2% fee, confirm your details, then send to the deposit address. Contact support with your order ID and payment receipt for verification.
Can I edit an order after the payment step?+
The payment step locks the order details. Contact support if anything needs correcting. Starting a new exchange creates a separate order; it does not cancel an earlier transfer. Keep your order ID and receipt.
Does the confirmation screen mean payment was received?+
No. A local order ID or confirmation button is not payment verification. Support checks the transfer and confirms the agreed payout. Network delays may affect review time.

Use our Discord channel for help with your exchange. Never share private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords or sign-in codes.

Choose your route
Buy turns a gift-card payment into crypto. Sell exchanges crypto for a supported payout method. Swap changes one cryptocurrency into another. Choose the route that matches what you want to send and receive.
Keep your receiving details ready
Use a receiving address from your own wallet. Match the asset and network shown in checkout. Some assets, such as XRP, may also need a destination tag supplied by the receiving wallet.
Review the quote
DiceRemp charges 4% for Buy and 2% for Sell or Swap. The market estimate can change. Agree the final quote before paying, and check whether your wallet or payment provider charges a separate fee.
Keep your order reference
Copy the order ID and keep your receipt. The confirmation button records your progress through the page; payment receipt and payout still require a review by the exchange team.

Pick your gift-card provider
Choose Eneba or Difmark in checkout. Check the requested gift-card product, currency and amount before purchasing. A provider’s own availability and charges may vary.
Enter your wallet details
Use the receiving address for the selected crypto and network. Check it carefully before confirming. This address is where the agreed crypto payout should be sent.
Request a payment review
Enter your gift-card codes and keep the purchase receipt. Open the support chat from checkout and ask the DiceRemp team to review your order. Keep your order ID and receipt ready. Entering a code alone does not send it to support or confirm that the payment has been accepted.

Select the sending asset
Choose the cryptocurrency you are sending and enter its amount. The amount field uses the selected crypto’s units. Check the decimal places before moving on.
Select what you receive
Choose a different cryptocurrency and enter the receiving address. The address must belong to the selected network. Include a destination tag when your receiving wallet requires one.
Confirm the swap details
Review both sides of the exchange and the 2% DiceRemp fee. A market estimate is indicative; agree the actual receive amount with the exchange team before you transfer.
Send only to the displayed deposit address
The receiving address is yours; the deposit address is where you send the selected crypto. Use the address and QR shown in the payment step, and check the asset, network and amount in your wallet. Keep the order ID until the transfer has been reviewed.
The DiceRemp Buy fee is 4% of your gift-card purchase amount. For a $100 order, the fee is $4, leaving $96 towards your cryptocurrency. Check the amount and selected gift-card provider before you continue.
Selling or swapping crypto
The DiceRemp fee for Sell and Swap is 2% of the agreed exchange value. For an exchange worth $100, the fee is $2, leaving $98 after the DiceRemp fee. Your checkout shows the fee before the payment step.
Check the complete quote
Market estimates can change. Agree the receiving amount before you transfer. Your wallet, network or payment provider may charge separately; those charges are not included in the DiceRemp percentage.
Keep your reference
Save the Transaction ID displayed in checkout along with your payment receipt. It identifies your DiceRemp order. The final screen does not confirm that funds have arrived; payment and payout are reviewed separately.
